about
My interest in photography started seven years ago when my sister bought me my first SLR camera. This single event sparked my interest in light and shadow, color and composition and the beauty all around. I then went on to study Phtography, Developing and Printing at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. The hours spent in the darkroom let me appreciate light better.

I ventured out to rediscover the history I had learnt in school. With my camera, I travelled- I experienced Michelangelo's agony and ecstacy at the Sistine chapel, sketched his David in Florence, leaned against the tower of Pisa, felt the passion of italian opera in Venice, proclaimed peace in front of Picasso's Guernica, read Anne Frank's Diary in Amsterdam, felt remorse for Dorian Gray at Oscar Wilde's resting place at the Pere Lachaise, experienced the mystical power of the Stone Henge, marvelled at the beauty of the Taj Mahal, walked barefoot at the Konarak temple and Belur- I captured some moments in stills and the rest in memory.

Here are some of the stills arranged in Galleries.
